Who are we?
Our mission and vision
Horizon for Empowerment and Community Development was born from an initiative presented to the Rotary Peace Fellowship, reflecting our commitment to promoting peace, justice and sustainable development in Palestine. Today, we stand as a beacon of hope, dedicated to empowering women and youth to become catalysts for positive change in their communities.

Our mission is to support the rights and capabilities of Palestinian women and youth, and to promote their effective participation in all aspects of society. We are committed to:

Horizon Foundation Objectives
Leadership training, advocacy for gender-responsive policies, and promotion of popular political participation.
